About the series
VMBARS supplies the lens. The person supplies the story.
A compelling story is not enough. We look for a concrete decision, a legible mechanism, and a credible connection between what the person did and value created for other people, collaborators, organizations, communities, or systems.
These are not rankings, endorsements, or VMBARS certifications. Each feature asks:
- What decision changed the path?
- What did the person build, change, refuse, or learn?
- What mechanism turned intent into action?
- Who benefited?
- What tradeoffs, dependencies, or limits should remain visible?
- What can someone else learn without pretending the context is identical?
